About the Product

The Wellness Consultants at National Holistic Healing Center has over 150 different medical products to align with your medical condition. This term, referred to as “ailment-strain alignment,” allows the professional team to recommend specific strains with known benefits to treat a specific condition. Private consultation is provided for this service.

National Holistic Healing Center has numerous CBD-only products for minor and adult treatment plans.

The organically grown medical cannabis is produced in D.C. from a licensed ABRA cultivator. Laboratory testing is conducted on the medical products for dosing purposes, cannabinoid profiles and to ensure safety.

As of July 7, 2022, DC no longer requires doctor’s approvals for the use of medical cannabis for DC residents over the age of 21. All customers under age 21 will need to consult a registered physician and those under 18 must receive a parent or guardian’s approval before submitting an application. If you choose to meet with a doctor before applying, we recommend using Leafwell. $99 per appointment.
Healthcare providers in good standing and that are registered with the D.C. Medical Cannabis Program may recommend the use of medical cannabis to a qualifying customer:

  • Physician
  • Naturopathic Physician
  • Dentist
  • Physician Assistant
  • Advanced Practice Registered Nurse
  • Self-Certification (21+ Only)

ABRA allows qualifying customers to obtain up to 8 ounces or 226 grams of medical cannabis within a 30-day period. This is a rolling allotment and does not reset automatically at the beginning of each month. For example, if a customer purchases 14 grams on August 1, they can expect to see those 14 grams return to their allotment on or about August 31. Customers are more than welcome to call the store to check on the status of their allotments before placing an order.
DC dispensaries do not track allotments from other states, therefore, out-of-state customers can enjoy the same eight ounce allotment that DC customers receive.

To keep costs down and patients happy, and working within the ABCA regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges of medical products for any reason outside the following:

1. Package is empty at the time of purchase or delivery. 

2. Product is recalled, defective, or unsafe for use (i.e. malfunctioning cartridges, unsealed products, appears to be significantly underweight without the seal broken, flower has been compromised).

3. Patient was sold the incorrect product according to their pre-order or in-store specifications.

Notify NHHC within 24-hours via phone, email, or in person. Please include any relevant photos that support your complaint and/or concerns. Keep all packaging intact and unopened, when possible.
