Every state is different so the first step you need to take is to check the cannabis laws in your specific state. Most of the time, to get enrolled in the medical cannabis program you will need to meet with a physician who can diagnose you for the qualifying conditions.

No need to worry! In accordance with the patient's privacy laws, dispensaries will never release any medical information to your employer.

Can I use cannabis when pregnant?
Research on the harms of cannabis to pregnant women and their fetus is limited which is why use is not recommended for those pregnant, planning to get pregnant, or breastfeeding before consulting their medical provider.

There are some states that allow children to use medical cannabis if they have a qualifying medical condition. Some of these conditions include seizures and severe pain.

Can a caregiver pick up my medicine?
